What the RELYCO team is doing to help:

We remain committed to our primary goal - to be "wildly reliable." That means helping whenever and wherever we can. Here are some examples of how the RELYCO team members are putting those words into action for each other and the larger community:

Yoga
Fabric Masks
Boxes
  • Katerina Steinberg has adapted her wonderful weekly RELYCO yoga classes to a video class for our team - even with family responsibilities! Kat guides us through poses and reminds us of the importance of yoga breath to calm the mind, manage stress, support the nervous system, improve lung function and increase our overall fitness level. Many yoga studios are offering free or paid online classes right now. We encourage all to focus on health, fitness and mindfulness at this time.

  • With the CDC's recent recommendation regarding the use of face coverings, several RELYCO employees are crafting handmade fabric masks to gift to friends, family and community members. If you're interested in sewing some, here are some helpful tools: Johns Hopkins instructions and Kaiser Permanente instructions and video

  • Two weeks ago, we heard the Community Action Partnership of Strafford County needed boxes for their food bank program. Mike Steinberg contacted one of our box manufacturing partners, Rand-Whitney, and they ended up donating 250 boxes!
