We are officially one month away from returning to the office! Throughout the pandemic, we only had two staffers working full-time in the office. The rest of us were working from home and only going in occasionally for essential tasks. Thanks for holding down the fort Mary Jo & Chambers! I'm sure they missed us, but are they thrilled that their 15+ months of tranquility is about to come to an end...? (Cut to footage of us WFH staffers figuring out how to be around other humans again.)
Starting June 28, RELYCO will implement its first ever flexible schedule. Team members can opt into a 3-2-2 schedule - that's three days in the office, two days working remotely and two (weekend) days off. The pandemic taught us that working remotely does work for our company, and it's a great option! We're going with a hybrid model because we do miss some of the face-to-face collaboration.
