Hi friends - we're hoping you're all in good health and staying that way. It's an unusual time, but cooperation is the name of the game to flatten this curve.

RELYCO switched to working remotely this week - we recognize that we're fortunate to be able to do so. This is where your newsletter is coming from this month! If, like us, you're trying to navigate working from home, there are a lot of helpful articles out there - this one and this one and this one (with fun GIFs).

The main thing is patience and compassion - with each other and with ourselves - as we all find our way in these trying times.

Most of this newsletter is geared towards answering the questions we've been getting a lot...and we do have a fun thing at the bottom. We're hoping it will help!

COVID-19 supply questions

We began communicating about our plans last week and updated our customers this week. We continue to have multiple contingency plans in place and we are in close contact with our warehouses and manufacturing partners as we monitor this situation. We will keep you updated if anything changes. You can always check back for the latest news on this page.

Checks, Carbonless & Integrated Forms

We’re hearing from a lot of customers that they’re worried about check supply and carbonless paper. But we do have plenty of stock. You can order checks or carbonless paper online or through your rep, just like you always would. Please do pay special attention to the address you’re shipping to and double-check that the location will be open to receive the shipment. We’re also seeing a high demand for Integrated Label Forms for eCommerce needs during this time – please reach out to your rep if you need those.
REVLAR is cleanable

REVLAR is cleanable

Another question we’ve been getting a lot – yes, REVLAR is cleanable and washable. With its waterproof characteristics, it is well suited for signage – think hand-washing signs or signage that needs to be sanitized. To clean REVLAR, you can submerge it in water, run it under the tap, wipe it down with a wet cloth or spray it with a mild cleanser.

The synthetic material itself will not break down. But it is important to note that if you use a harsh chemical cleaner, the toner might start to flake off. This can also happen if sheets are stacked while wet. BUT toner failure can be easily avoided by UV coating your REVLAR – ask your RELYCO rep about that option to learn more.
Share your ideas!

Fun part: share your ideas!

We’d love to hear about what you like to do to relax. What solo (or small group) activity brings you joy and comfort? Comment here and see how other people are responding to gather some great ideas for yourself! Share a specific movie, tv show, podcast, book, game, project or activity that keeps you sane.

An example: last month, I discovered Bon Appétit’s YouTube channel. Specifically their shows “It’s Alive with Brad” and “Gourmet Makes.” I’m not especially kitchen savvy, but something about Brad’s chaotic energy and zest for life got me watching. Then seeing sweet Claire earnestly and anxiously trying, failing, trying, failing and trying again had me fully engrossed. I have fallen in love with seeing the bustle of the test kitchen in the background and the co-worker cameos. It’s amazing – I recommend you watch each show from the beginning, which on YouTube means starting from the bottom and working your way up.
