Welcome to our first newsletter of 2021! Probably much like yours, our last few weeks have involved a lot of preparation for the new year. While we may feel like this meme in our personal lives, we know that to be successful in business, we do need to plan ahead. 2020 taught us all the value of contingency plans and pivoting - back-ups for the back-ups, if you will! We're excited to share our plans in the coming months.

We welcomed a new team member this month, Amber Trudell. Amber is our Sourcing/Purchasing Manager, and she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role. Amber grew up in Michigan, spent 10 years in the Navy and has been living in New England since 2009. She has worked in a variety of supply chain roles, mostly in manufacturing environments.

Amber tells me she enjoys hiking, skiing, rowing, gardening and spending time with her family, which includes her husband, son, dog, cats, fish...and way too many house plants. (Right there with ya, sister!) We couldn't be more thrilled to have her on our team!
