Greetings, we hope this newsletter finds you well. Our sales & marketing team meets on video every Tuesday morning. We begin with a "health & safety update" from a rotating member of the group. That person shares anything health or safety related that they experienced or heard and found interesting. Last week, the conversation was centered on mental health. We talked about how important it is to be mindful of what others may be going through. Over the last year, we've seen how individual and collective anxiety, stress and grief takes a toll on everyone.

We wanted to pass along a resource that was shared in our meeting because it might be helpful to you too. The Center for Workplace Mental Health offers a guide called "Working Remotely During COVID-19," which you can download here. They also offer a guide for employers with tips on how to support your employees.

We're sharing this because we know from our own experiences and the conversations we have with you, our clients, that many people are hitting a "COVID wall" right now. It's been almost a year - we're still following precautions, but we're getting antsy. The promise of a vaccine "soon" provides a light at the end of the tunnel...but most of us are still in that tunnel. Our message to you is simple: Keep going. We're almost there.
